Food obviously plays a major role in this film. You get a selection of dishes, with ratatouille as the dessert and highlight.
During the movie & brunch event, there is no separate children’s menu for our youngest guests aged 5 to 14. They can enjoy the same dishes as shown in the movie at a special rate (50%). That way, even the youngest guests can enjoy Cinema Culinair.

Remy is a rat with taste and culinary talent, who accidentally ends up in the kitchen of chef Gusteau. There he befriends kitchen assistant Linguini. The film won 65 awards and is bursting with energy, romance, humor, and, importantly, delicious and authentic French food, a selection of which we present here. Ratatouille is not just something you want to see, it’s something you have to taste.

What you see, is what you eat. At exactly the same time, you eat whatever is eaten in the film. Cinema Culinair’s culinary script guides the cook and the service.
Good movie + good food + great timing. The punch line is in the latter. An example. When Remy tastes his celeriac soup at minute 25, we want our guests to taste exactly the same thing at the same time. A minute earlier or later is the difference between a good and a fan-tastic experience. It’s about not only seeing and hearing the movie, but also tasting and feeling it.

Arrive on time and soak up the atmosphere. Not a cinema, not a restaurant, but an urban or classic ballroom with high ceilings, film screens, and long tables. First: buy a bottle of wine to enjoy with the film. Or something else delicious.

At the table, you’ll be told how it works. Seven carefully prepared dishes are served, perfectly timed with the film. There is a break halfway the movie. As soon as the movie starts, the first dishes appear in front of you, quickly and efficiently. Then it’s time to countdown…. 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 and taste. Together all at once.

You eat exactly the same food as the actors in the movie. Down to the second. This allows you to experience the movie with all your senses. It doesn’t get any more immersive than this. See, hear, smell, taste, and feel. It’s as if you were sitting at the table with the actors.
