General terms and conditions

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all products of Cinema Culinair BV, access to and use of the website www.cinemaculinair.nl. By using the website and/or one or more products and/or services of Cinema Culinair you agree to these General Terms and Conditions.

1. Cinema Culinary film+dinner definitions

1. Film Dinner: Event organised by Cinema Culinair BV, where visitors can show their admission ticket to see a film and enjoy a served dinner at the same time.
2. Partner location: The operator of the venue where Cinema Culinair takes place, responsible for the venue, furnishings, decoration, bar and service staff.
3. Partner caterer: The kitchen brigade or external caterer responsible for the food and drinks of Cinema Culinair.
4. Partner technology: The technical department responsible for image, sound and lighting effects.
5. Visitor: The holder of a ticket for one of the Cinema Culinair performances.
6. Voucher: an analogue or digital voucher for a predetermined amount, which can be exchanged in the webshop for a performance up to 1 or 2 years after the voucher has been issued.

2. Applicability of these conditions

1. These terms and conditions apply to all agreements concluded with Cinema Culinair with regard to Cinema Culinair products, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
2. Cinema Culinair excludes the applicability of other conditions, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

3. Ticket sales and price

1. The agreement is concluded by purchasing and paying for one of the products of Cinema Culinair.
2. The ticket (the invoice) gives access to the performance in question on the day mentioned and is not exchangeable for money or another performance. The ticket is however not personal and can therefore be resold.
3. Cinema Culinair BV clearly states the ticket price including BTW. Visitor pays the stated price.
4. Based on the data provided by the visitor, Cinema Culinair will provide a ticket (invoice). Visitor guarantees that the data provided to Cinema Culinair: name, email address and mobile phone number are correct and complete.
5. Except for analogue vouchers, the ticket (invoice) will be delivered by email after receipt of payment.

4. Liability

1. Cinema Culinair BV is not liable for the products and services supplied by the participating partner location, partner caterer or partner technology.
2. Cinema Culinair BV does its best to list all information carefully, but is not liable for any incorrect information on the Cinema Culinair website and cannot be held liable for damage and/or costs that may have arisen as a result of a technical malfunction and/or temporary inaccessibility of its website due to maintenance.

5. Other provisions

1. Cinema Culinair BV reserves the right to change or supplement these General Terms and Conditions at any time. Visitors will be notified of this via the newsletter.
2. These General Terms and Conditions and the agreement with the visitor are subject to Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted exclusively to the competent court in Rotterdam.
