Chef

Film met diner

Chef is a 100% feel-good film. It features amazing dishes, a Latin flair, and people who quit their jobs to follow their instincts. Who wouldn’t want that?

Burnt

Film met diner

Tough chef (Bradley Cooper) arrives in London after years of penance to win a third star. However, that is not easy. A star cast full of sympathetic opponents (Daniel Brühl, Omar Sy, Matthew Rhys) and the dishes are fan-tas-tic.

Julie julia

Film met diner

Great food film with tons of dishes. And with Meryl Streep… She makes sure you laugh out loud every time. Douze points: a real tribute to Julia Child.

Como Agua Para Chocolate

Film met diner

Rose petals with quails, bitter tears in the wedding cake.. On Saturday 2 Sunday 3 November we are organizing a special edition of Cinema Culinar with the atmospheric film Como Agua Para Chocolate. On this evening we celebrate the ‘Mexican day of the dead’. In the film the chef enchants her guest with her dishes and of course our team will match that. We will provide a delicious 9-course dinner in sync with this classic.

Tampopo

Film met diner

A bit strange, but tasty. That's Tampopo, one of our highlights. The perfection of Cinema Culinair fits perfectly with the perfection in Japanese cuisine, with a touch of absurd humor. The film is a great look at Japan in the eighties.

Big Night

Film met diner

Some films you don’t just want to watch; you want to taste! This is one of those films. When you see the main characters enjoying all the delicious food, you want to join in. And you can, with Cinema Culinair. Sometimes a dish appears briefly, but often you see the preparation, the moment of tasting, and the aftertaste. That’s truly ultimate. We want you to experience this film like never before. So, smell, taste, and feel what you see on screen. It’s as if you’re right there on the film set. It doesn’t get more intense than this.

Io Sono L’amore

Film met diner

This film is a combination of La Grande Bellezza and Festen. A pleasantly languid film where you both dream away and watch in horror at the collapse of a family. Beautiful images, suppressed emotions and .. great dishes.

Estômago

Film met diner

One of our favorite food movies. Because of the suspense (you don't want to miss a second) and the delicious Brazilian flavor combinations. It's not for nothing that we chose this movie to make a cookbook of.
