Here we have collected answers to the questions we receive most often. Is your question not listed? Please do not hesitate to contact us at service@cinemaculinair.nl.
Tickets can only be purchased online at through our official website. Order the number of tickets you need. Payments can be made with iDeal or Credit Card. For the events we charge a €1,50 service fee per ticket. This is for the cost of booking and payment. For questions about performances and the continuous improvement of the webshop, please contact the helpdesk at service@cinemaculinair.nl
After we have received the payment, you will receive an email with your ticket for Cinema Culinair. (NB: Check your spam filter if you do not receive anything). An invoice as a PDF is attached to this confirmation email. We would like to receive you in the name of the person ordering.
7 days prior to the performance we will send you an email with practical information. Arrive on time and report with your last name at the reception desk of Cinema Culinair.
Purchased tickets cannot be returned and are only valid for the performance and date in question. However, if you really can’t come, there are 3 options to get rid of your tickets:
- You can sell/gift your tickets to friends or family. If this is the case, please let us know by sending an email. We will then adjust the names on the guest list.
- Through our official resale channel Ticketswap. Look at the various events for this.
- It is also possible to rebook tickets to another show, please check availability on our website. Should you wish to do so, please email service@cinemaculinair.nl which show you would like to be rebooked to.
Of course! With each order, guests are automatically seated next to each other. If you bought tickets separately, please mention the name of your friends/order number and we will seat you together. This can be done when ordering or afterwards by email, no later than 3 days before the performance.
Our film dinner events do not include drinks. We have a number of film brunch events such as Sideways Chocolat where a number of drinks are included. Check the menu of the show to see which drinks these are.
‘What you see is what you eat’ is our motto and we stick to it as much as possible. If you have an allergy, check the allergen card in advance to see if the show is suitable for you. We advise you to skip specific courses or swap with your table companion. If you only have to do that for 1 or 2 courses, we advise you to come and enjoy. Are you in doubt? Mail us and we will give you honest personal advice.
At Cinema Culinair it is unfortunately not possible to take into account personal allergies or exceptions in the dishes. This is due to the precise timing: within one minute we have to serve all dishes at the same time, so that everyone can enjoy the dishes shown in the film at the same time.
Once the film has started, it is no longer possible to enter. For dinner films, the doors open promptly at 6:00 PM and close at 7:00 PM. For brunch, the doors open at 12:00 PM and close at 1:00 PM. If you are late, you can still join during the intermission. All shows include a 30-minute intermission.
It is possible that your voucher does not work because you are trying to buy a vegetarian ticket. By default, our voucher codes only work for the meat/fish menu. In this case, try to settle the discount with a meat/fish ticket again.
- Do you still want the vegetarian menu? Then you can buy a meat/fish ticket with your code, after which you can email us to change it to the vegetarian menu.
- For vouchers with an amount higher than €89.95 it is important to enter your voucher code two or more times! This to receive the full amount of your voucher.
- Are you experiencing another problem with your voucher? Please also send an email to service@cinemaculinair.nl.
Four hours. For example, from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm. That includes ordering drinks, introduction how everything works, break, and delicious food and movie watching at the same time.
